Booking fee

A booking fee is a charge applied to each reservation processed through an online booking system. Depending on how your Singenuity account is configured, booking fees can be absorbed by the operator, passed to the guest, or blended into the final checkout total. This fee is typically used to cover platform access, booking flow features, and support. In Singenuity, we aim to keep pricing simple and transparent so you can understand your true cost per booking and forecast margins accurately. Booking fees can be clearly seen in client reporting under the taxes & fees report.
