Waiver workflows should adapt to how different operations run. This includes triggering waivers from a booking or purchase and generating a unique shareable link that automatically associates each participant’s waiver to the correct reservation. Other models include generic waiver links that can be associated at check-in, waivers tied to memberships, and activity- or rental-specific liability waivers.
