Who we are

SINGENUITY LLC ("Singenuity," "we," "us") manages the Singenuity Booking Notifications SMS program (the "Program") and is the entity that collects and records SMS consent for it.

Singenuity provides online booking software to tour, activity and attraction businesses ("Operators"). When you book with an Operator through the Singenuity booking platform, Singenuity sends text messages about that booking on the Operator's behalf, from a toll-free number assigned to that Operator. Every message names the Operator you booked with.

The Operators currently participating in the Program are listed under Participating Businesses at the end of this policy. This policy applies together with our SMS Terms of Service: [SMS TERMS OF SERVICE].

Scope and parties

Singenuity LLC facilitates SMS communications for participating tour, activity, and attraction businesses (Operators). The Operator identified to you at checkout sends the messages; Singenuity provides booking and messaging technology on its behalf.

Information collected

We may process your mobile number, name, reservation details, the Operator involved, message contents and delivery records, opt-in date and time, the disclosure and consent category selected (booking/customer-care and/or promotional SMS), and STOP/HELP or opt-out status.

How information is used

For customers opting in to booking notifications, information is used to send tickets, confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and customer-support messages. Separately consenting to marketing SMS allows the identified Operator to send offers, discounts, promotions and event announcements. Marketing SMS consent is not inferred from booking SMS consent, email-marketing consent, or a purchase. We also use data to operate the service, honor opt-outs, respond to requests, and maintain compliance records.

Mobile data and SMS consent non-sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may engage messaging processors and other service providers to process data only to operate, secure and deliver the messages requested, subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or consent.

Your choices

Both SMS consent options, when offered, are voluntary and unchecked by default; neither is required to purchase. Reply STOP to cancel SMS from the sender; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and security

We retain information as necessary to provide SMS services, demonstrate consent, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use appropriate organizational and technical safeguards.
